I adore 'Breaking Bad.' If the Coen Brothers wrote a television series, it would be 'Breaking Bad.' It's comical, dark, witty and intelligent – the most brilliant program on television. Bad Memories – Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul talk about the show ending and some of their favorite moments. Commentary with Vince Gilligan, Bryan Cranston, RJ Mitte, Michael Slovis and Dennis Milliken - As always, these commentaries are fun, informative and absolutely entertaining. You may hope that this commentary reveals some insider details regarding the season's teasing intro, but they don't reveal a thing. To avoid repetition, I will only list notable aspects of the subsequent commentaries. In addition to releasing the complete set on Blu-ray, SPHE will release BREAKING BAD: THE FINAL SEASON on both Blu-ray and DVD with UltraViolet ™ on Nov. 26. The final season includes the series’ final eight episodes and is loaded with special features, including all-new featurettes, cast and crew commentaries, deleted scenes and more. Episodes include: Blood Money, Buried, Confessions, Rabid Dog, To’hajiilee, Ozymandias, GraniteState and Felina.

Inside 'Breaking Bad' – Making of Episode 504: 'Fifty-One' (1080i, 4:27, Disc 1) – Anna Gunn was the highlight of a great underwater scene in this episode. See how she put her fears aside and the great shots were pulled off. Nothing Stops This Train (HD, 15:38, Disc 2) – For me, there's one episode in each season that stands out above the others. In season three, it was the parking lot shootout between Hank and The Cousins. In season four, it was Gus' finale. For season five, it's episode 505, which turns out was a logistical nightmare due to the desert conditions, the train – parked or moving – and technical difficulties. This featurette covers it all. The shoot. The problems. The stunts. The special effects. Most importantly, on the content side, is a special disc only available with the Complete Series set. The main attraction, as it were, is the excellent documentary “No Half Measures”, filmed specifically for this set. It’s a feature-length (two hour, fifteen minute) documentary that covers the making of the final eight episodes, from start to finish. The documentary crew were truly given all access, taking us from the writers' room to the set to editing and are there for the making of all of the key scenes in the final season, including the last day of shooting for each of the main cast members. There’s a lot of emotion on display, as the cast and crew say goodbye to each other, and as a fan, it’s easy to get wrapped up in it all, as we see all the hard work these people did to make something so terrific.But just because Gus is gone, it doesn't mean that other problems aren't going to arise. As we saw in her last scene from season four, Walt's wife Skylar (Anna Gunn) no longer views her husband the same way. She will continue to launder his dirty money through their car wash, but she's no longer happily cooperating and she's going to fight Walt's will until his - or her - dying breath.

Episode 407 ('Problem Dog') Commentary - With Vince Gilligan, Aaron Paul, Anna Gunn, Betsy Brandt, RJ Mitte, Peter Gould and Andrew Ortner. I have owned the Breaking Bad collectors edition barrel for a while now and finally decided to compare it to the image quality of Netflix. The difference I found was significant. The Netflix version is a much clearer image. Not better necessarily, but apparent in difference. I was wondering if there was some sort of DNR treatment on the Netflix version or maybe there has been a restoration of the series that has been put on streaming but has not yet been released on physical media? Episode 406 ('Cornered') Commentary - With Vince Gilligan, Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Jonathan Banks, Gennifer Hutchison, Stewart Lyons and Michael Slovis.

Episode 401 Extended and Alternate Scenes (SD, 2 min.) - Watch alternates takes from a henchman's exceptionally graphic death sequence. The Real Family of 'Breaking Bad' (HD, 4 min.) - Despite 'Breaking Bad' being one of the darkest series on television, it's actually a very light shoot. Watching and listening to special features will clue you into it. This video is a collection of various cast or crew members' home videos from the set showing how much of a good time they have there. Episode 410 Extended and Alternate Scene (SD, 5 min.) - Watch the full scene of Saul informing Ted about his great aunt's death.The White House (HD, 4 min.) - Line producer Stewart Lyons walks us through the indoor set of the White home. This featurette is also repetitious because we already walked through it once in the nine-minute Sets of 'Breaking Bad' feature. People may slightly differ on where they rank Breaking Bad in television history, but regardless, for most of us, it’s right up at the top, among a handful of other very special series. Here’s more good news: Random Space Media’s box set includes essentially the same special features as the previous Sony Blu-rays.
